🍞 Allergen & Ingredient FAQ
🌾 Gluten-Free & Celiac Safety
Are your gluten-free items safe for people with Celiac Disease?
Yes — every single item we make is safe for people with Celiac Disease. Our entire bakery is 100% gluten-free and wheat-free, with no risk of cross-contact. We thoroughly vet every ingredient at the manufacturer level and will not purchase from suppliers who can’t confirm gluten-free status beyond general GMP claims.

Yes — our entire bakery is 100% free from peanuts and tree nuts. These ingredients are never allowed in our facility, including in staff meals.
Do you test your gluten-free products or ingredients?
We do not conduct in-house testing. While we are not a certified gluten-free facility (due to the high cost for small businesses), we maintain strict ingredient sourcing standards and a dedicated gluten-free environment.
Are your gluten-free items made in the same kitchen as wheat products?
No — our entire kitchen is gluten-free. We do not allow any wheat or gluten-containing ingredients in the building.
Do you use separate ovens, mixers, and tools for gluten-free baking?
We don’t need to — because everything we make is gluten-free, all of our equipment is dedicated to gluten-free production.

We prevent cross-contact by maintaining a completely gluten-free facility and meticulously vetting every ingredient. If a supplier can’t confirm gluten-free status, we don’t use it.
